Josh is a social entrepreneur who was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He has expertise in organizational management, data-driven strategic planning, and business development. From running small start-up companies to working in Congress, he has spent his career creating policies and programs that foster a more equitable world and empower all members of a community.

As an alumnus of the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association, Josh is excited to serve the organization, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and its youth as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President. His experience in the private and public sectors has created an innovative approach to the organization’s work in building community, empowering Kentucky’s youth, and creating programs that improve our state.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from Centre College and a Master’s of Public Policy from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Josh serves on various state and local boards and is actively engaged in our country’s political process. He also enjoys traveling, cooking (and eating, of course), and spending time with family and friends.
