Abbey Costello serves as the Director of Partnerships & Development at the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association. A Louisville native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from IU Southeast. Over the past 10 years, Abbey has built a career in the nonprofit sector, gaining extensive experience in event fundraising, grant writing, peer-to-peer campaigns, developing partnerships and donor engagement.

Passionate about expanding opportunities for young people across the Commonwealth, Abbey is dedicated to advancing the mission of the Kentucky YMCA by strengthening partnerships and supporting impactful youth programs. She firmly believes in empowering Kentucky’s students with the options and opportunities they need to grow as leaders in their communities.
