STUDENT Ys

The Student Y (Formerly Y Club) is a school or community based organization chartered by the Kentucky YMCA that promotes critical thinking, leadership, and social responsibility through experiential learning, service, and community activism in fellowship with peers, adults, and YMCA staff.

There are more than 6,000 Student YMCA members in more than 150 Student YMCAs across Kentucky.

$75 for a group

The Student YMCA is open to all students who wish to become servant leaders to their schools and communities and who accept the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Student YMCAs must have an enthusiastic and caring adult advisor over the age of 21. For ideas on how to hold a membership drive, contact your Regional Director.
