Presiding & Supporting Officers

KUNA Officer Overview

Each KUNA is led by a team of Presiding Officers, who are elected by the Assembly or chosen by their program area to serve for a full year leading up to their Assembly. Presiding Officers “preside” over (lead) a specific program area at KUNA.

KUNA and KYA Presiding Officers attend a Spring PO Retreat (HS PO’s Only) and Fall PO Retreat to train and plan with their Presiding Officer teams:

Location TBA – Louisville

Fall PO Retreat

Each program area also has Supporting Officers. These positions are either appointed or application-based. Supporting Officers have a specific role within their program area, with varying levels of responsibility and time commitment.
