Ben Reno-Weber is an alumnus of the program and was a dedicated Y-Star through middle school, high school, and beyond.  He graduated from George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs.  After university, he worked for the World Bank in Washington DC and in the Balkans where he focused on Microfinance and international development.  He graduated the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Business School before joining the Boston Consulting Group.  He returned to Kentucky in 2010 to join the KY YMCA as CEO and can be reached at ben@kyymca.org.
